IFSC data
IFSC and branch data is imported from the configured IFSC source used by the site administrator. In this build, the importer preserves the uploaded source columns BANK, IFSC, BRANCH, ADDRESS, CITY1, CITY2, STATE, STD CODE and PHONE. Missing fields such as MICR, geolocation or payment-mode availability are not invented.
PIN-code data
PIN-code data is imported from the configured postal source used by the site administrator. The importer preserves circle, region, division, office name, PIN code, office type, delivery status, district, state, latitude and longitude where provided. Multiple offices can share one PIN, so the system stores office-level records instead of overwriting them by PIN alone.
Verification dates
Many raw data files do not contain row-level verification dates. IFSCPIN.in therefore stores source and verified-at metadata through the import workflow. A visible verification date should be treated as the date the imported file or dataset was reviewed for this website, not a guarantee that the bank or postal department has not changed the record afterward.
Corrections
Source-backed corrections can be submitted through hello@ifscpin.in. Accepted corrections may be reflected immediately or through a later import, depending on the nature of the data and the available evidence.
